Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and present detailed cost estimates for construction projects using advanced methodologies.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to align estimates with project objectives.
  • Analyze construction documents to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize budgets.
  • Monitor and update project budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct market research to ensure accurate pricing and sourcing of materials.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction estimation; 15 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in construction estimation software and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of design-build methodologies and cost management strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
