Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee patient care delivery processes, ensuring adherence to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction standards.
• Manage staffing schedules, assignments, and performance evaluations to optimize unit operations.
• Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
• Coordinate procurement and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies for the unit.
• Provide mentorship and training to nursing staff, fostering professional growth and skill enhancement.
• Implement and uphold policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance and safety.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution required.
• Current licensure as a registered professional nurse mandatory.
• Minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience essential; managerial experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation effectively.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, required.
