Overview

  • Lead clinical and administrative operations of a telemetry unit, ensuring exceptional patient care and staff management.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and continuous improvement among nursing staff.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and streamline care delivery processes.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies within the unit.

  • Contribute to budget preparation, equipment procurement, and resource allocation to support unit operations.
  • Work primarily during the day shift with flexibility to meet unit needs beyond standard hours.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee patient care delivery processes, ensuring adherence to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction standards.
  • Manage staffing schedules, assignments, and performance evaluations to optimize unit operations.

  • Coordinate procurement and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies for the unit.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution required.
  • Current licensure as a registered professional nurse mandatory.
  • Minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience essential; managerial experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, required.
