Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks promptly.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal functionality and security.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including updates, backups, and system optimization.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on IT tools and systems.
  • Monitor network performance, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of IT support experience; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Interest in developing expertise in servers, cloud technologies, and AWS.
  • Ability to lift and move IT equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • High school diploma or GED; technology certifications are advantageous.
  • Reliable onsite presence and excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work occasional early mornings or late hours as needed.
