Job Description

Overview

  • Support construction projects by overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to coordinate resources and resolve operational challenges effectively.
  • Promote a safe and productive working environment while ensuring compliance with industry standards and practices.
  • Assist in managing subcontractors and vendors to meet project specifications and deadlines.
  • Monitor project progress and provide detailed updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Support the resolution of technical issues and challenges during project execution.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all project activities and milestones.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate daily construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Monitor site operations to uphold safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address challenges and optimize workflows.
  • Manage subcontractor performance to ensure timely and efficient task completion.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or project management.
  • Preferred 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
