- Support diligence, legal documentation, and closing processes for financing transactions and amendments.
- Contribute to capital strategy optimization by evaluating new funding sources and improving financial efficiency.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage relationships with banks, institutional investors, and financing partners to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.
- Monitor borrowing base performance, advance rates, eligibility criteria, and covenant compliance across funding lines.
- Partner with Credit, FP&A, Accounting, and Operations teams to maintain accurate financial data and reporting.
- Analyze credit trends and funding utilization to support strategic financing decisions and risk mitigation.
- Prepare detailed reporting packages for investors and lenders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
- Assist in legal documentation and closing processes for financing transactions and amendments.
- Evaluate and implement strategies to optimize capital structure and funding sources for organizational growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in finance, economics, or a related field is required.
- 8-10 years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, or corporate finance.
- Proficiency in asset-backed securitizations, warehouse lending, and structured credit products.
- Strong understanding of loan portfolios, collateral performance, and credit risk metrics.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills for conducting complex analyses.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment with cross-functional exposure.
