Project Manager

Overview

• Manage construction projects for aviation infrastructure, focusing on airplane hangars and distribution centers.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure project goals align with client expectations and industry standards.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.

• Leverage knowledge of Heavy PEMB and aviation infrastructure for specialized project management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Plan and execute construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless project operations.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with aviation and construction industry regulations and standards.
• Manage logistics for travel positions, including lodging and transportation allowances.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize project outcomes.
• Foster a collaborative work environment to achieve project success.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management; 7 years preferred.
• Expertise in Heavy PEMB, aviation infrastructure, and industrial projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing and distribution center construction.
• Willingness to travel and manage on-site operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
