Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure operational efficiency.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field required.
- ASCP certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant laboratory experience.
- Preferred experience with EPIC, Vitros, Unity, and WellSky systems.
- Specialty certifications through ASCP are highly desirable.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required.
