Overview

- Provide leadership to project teams, including Associate Project Managers and subcontractors.
- Contribute to business development and client relationship management during project phases.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise Associate Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractor personnel to ensure project success.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to project specifications.
- Prepare and oversee project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor agreements.
- Implement safety programs and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct technical due diligence, addressing risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate commissioning protocols and post-implementation operations and maintenance plans.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Support business development efforts and contribute to organizational growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant construction project management experience; 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Strong knowledge of energy systems, HVAC, and sustainability practices.
- Experience in safety and quality control standards and procedures.
- OSHA-30 certification preferred.
- Ability to travel extensively or relocate as required.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive problem-solving approach.
