Senior Manager Commercial Solutions Delivery Lead

Overview

• Lead the delivery of enterprise-grade commercial data solutions across CRM, analytics, and digital platforms.
• Focus on data engineering, integration, quality, and governance to support key business functions.
• Modernize data infrastructure and orchestrate high-volume data pipelines using advanced technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable data solutions.
• Ensure compliant, secure, and high-quality data flows across various enterprise systems.
• Support strategy implementation for commercial data platforms aligned with organizational goals.
• Contribute to the design of resilient and scalable data ecosystems.
• Drive innovation in data management practices within regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage ingestion, transformation, and quality of data across CRM, ERP, and digital systems.
• Design and maintain ETL/ELT frameworks and secure data transfer mechanisms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-impact commercial data capabilities.
• Execute end-to-end delivery of data-centric projects, ensuring stability and scalability.
• Implement data quality frameworks and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and consulting partners to support data platform initiatives.
• Support adherence to data governance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and document data pipelines and commercial data capabilities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• 8+ years of experience in Commercial IT, Data Engineering, or Enterprise Data Solutions delivery.
• Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines, integration tools, and cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate effectively.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks or similar modern cloud data platforms preferred.
• Background in life sciences or biopharma commercial operations is advantageous.
• Experience supporting digital and omnichannel data flows is preferred.
• Ability to work in regulated environments and ensure compliance with standards.
