Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of property accounting or real estate finance experience.
  • Proficiency in GAAP, tax laws, and property accounting standards.
  • Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
