Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and manage the development and implementation of document and constructability standards for diverse projects.
  • Perform QA/QC reviews, ensuring compliance with established standards and project-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to address bidding concerns and enhance document coordination and clarity.
  • Attend meetings and site visits to review lessons learned and implement improvements.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to staff, fostering professional growth and development.
  • Coordinate with municipalities, subcontractors, and engineers to resolve constructability conflicts.
  • Support the production of project specifications and contribute to office specification standards.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of material resource documents for reference.

Job Requirements

  • Strong collaboration skills with teams and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding staff to achieve professional growth.
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining specification standards.
  • Ability to manage databases and resource documents effectively.
