Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for edge systems in diverse operational environments.
• Assist users in configuring and optimizing edge technologies for maximum effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales and program teams to support customer lifecycle processes.
• Identify opportunities for cross-platform integration and system enhancements.
• Develop and test edge-compatible software solutions to meet user needs.
• Participate in industry events and forums, representing the organization professionally.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with edge systems in operational settings.
• Expertise in edge system components and integration methodologies.
• Experience supporting users in dynamic operational environments.
• Background in military, law enforcement, or government service is preferred.
• Active security clearance required, with TS SCI strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including both domestic and international locations.
• Proficiency in software development for edge systems and geospatial data formats.
• Strong knowledge of satellite imagery and tasking workflows.
