Overview

  • Lead financial and operational strategies for a high-growth consumer-focused organization.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to drive scalable growth and operational excellence.
  • Oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance to ensure fiscal health and transparency.
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, optimizing logistics and inventory management.
  • Develop and retain high-performing teams across finance and operations functions.
  • Champion the adoption of technology and analytics to enhance business efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with private equity sponsors and external advisors.
  • Ensure compliance with domestic and international trade and supply chain regulations.
  • Drive initiatives for margin improvement and expense reduction to increase equity value.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead financial functions including accounting, FP&A, tax, audit, and payroll.
  • Develop fiscal strategies and oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions, audit firms, and capital markets providers.
  • Optimize supply chain operations, including logistics, inventory planning, and fulfillment.
  • Ensure alignment of operations strategy with company growth objectives.
  • Oversee procurement, contract negotiations, and sourcing activities.
  • Develop and implement internal controls and financial systems to support scaling.
  • Collaborate across departments to drive operational efficiency and remove friction.
  • Lead initiatives to improve margins and reduce expenses for equity growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in finance and operations within high-growth consumer businesses.
  • Proven expertise in supply chain management and multi-channel fulfillment.
  • Experience in VC- or PE-backed environments with investor relations skills.
  • Strong command of ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international trade and supply chain regulations.
  • Tech-savvy with a focus on leveraging analytics for business improvement.
  • High integrity and collaborative leadership style.
