Job Description

Overview

  • Manage a portfolio of small-to-mid tier clients, providing operational and advisory support.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing wealth advisory team serving high-net-worth families.
  • Support investment strategies, wealth planning, and estate planning coordination.
  • Engage in client relationship management, ensuring exceptional service and communication.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and client deliverables.
  • Contribute to team operations, including CRM management and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Act as the primary contact for client service and operational requests.
  • Prepare for client meetings, including agenda creation and follow-up execution.
  • Coordinate investment strategy implementation and client-ready communication.
  • Manage wealth and estate planning workflows, ensuring timely deliverables.
  • Support administrative tasks such as account maintenance and document workflows.
  • Lead team projects related to investment trends and process improvements.
  • Adopt and drive the use of AI tools for enhanced team productivity.
  • Maintain high standards of organization and documentation within the team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required.
  • 5–8 years of experience in private wealth or advisory practice.
  • SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses required.
  • Proficiency in client service, operational workflows, and investment strategy support.
  • Experience in financial and estate planning coordination preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients effectively.
  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with adopting and utilizing AI tools for operational efficiency.
