Job Description

Overview

  • Provide technical support for quality-focused business systems in a regulated environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot application issues and ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage system changes and releases in compliance with GxP and SDLC standards.
  • Document processes, support audits, and contribute to process improvements.
  • Work onsite in a structured environment with a focus on quality systems.
  • Engage in incident management and service request handling using ITSM tools.
  • Support the transition of team members to new roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide support for systems such as TrackWise Digital, Veeva QualityDocs, Res_Q, and Maximo.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, integrations, and data flows effectively.
  • Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or similar tools.
  • Perform system changes and manage releases adhering to compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with business users to enhance processes and system functionality.
  • Create and maintain documentation to support audits and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to project management efforts for system validation and upgrades.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in business systems or application support roles.
  • Experience with quality systems such as TrackWise Digital, Veeva QualityDocs, Res_Q, or Maximo.
  • Familiarity with GxP-regulated environments and validation processes.
  • Proficiency in using ITSM tools like ServiceNow for incident management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
