Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, for optimal project performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout project lifecycle.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction project management.
- Preferred 7 years of experience managing large-scale projects exceeding $40M in scope.
- Proven expertise in earthwork, underground utilities, and foundation construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Ability to work on-site and oversee project activities directly.
