Job Description


The SEO & Web Operations Manager will drive, define and manage the company’s SEO and web-based marketing practice, to improve and optimize SEO and web performance, engagement and conversion.


·       Serve as an SEO subject matter expert across the company, leading performance and optimization of the discipline

·       Past-proven experience successfully managing and implementing SEO and web initiatives for enterprise websites.

·       Develop and execute SEO strategies to optimize website content, drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

·       Aligns SEO priorities and an implementation roadmap with marketing leadership and other stakeholders. 

·       Drives and implements a series of constant SEO and web improvements to deliver the Client story for prospects, customers, partners, influencers and other site visitors while improving conversion rates.

·       Using analytics, drafts, implements, maintains, and revises web site and SEO improvements.

·       Collaborates with web design, development, and content staff to monitor and improve search engine optimization (SEO) results for the company’s site(s).

·       Maintains current knowledge of trends and developments in SEO and marketing, including opportunities with Generative AI.

·       Works with external agency to make updates to web designs and collaborates with IT to ensure security and high performance of the website.

·       Performs web production tasks, including page builds and content updates.

·       Performs other related duties as assigned.



·       Has 5+ years of web marketing and SEO experience

·       Subject matter expert in SEO & web principles and strategies for B2B marketing

·       Excellent understanding of SEO technical requirements.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Proven ability to plan and implement SEO and web-based marketing programs.

·       Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

·       Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

·       Proficient with Drupal or related web content management systems

·       Proficient in web analytics (Google Analytics 4)

·       Proficient in SEO platforms and tools (e.g. Google Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs…)

·       Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and/or other rich media technologies

·       Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

·       Knowledge of web personalization and engagement tools/platforms such as Marketo Real Time Personalization, Drift, Qualified, Acquia, or similar preferred.

·       Knowledge of data visualization tools for dashboard reporting (e.g. Tableau) preferred.

·       Experience in the data center or telecoms industries a plus.
