Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead electrical system and subsystem development from concept through production.
- Define architectures for sensors, radios, power distribution, and control electronics.
- Design and review schematics, perform PCB layouts, and optimize mixed-signal and RF boards.
- Develop and validate power systems, ensuring robust operation under extreme conditions.
- Implement embedded firmware for real-time control, sensor fusion, and communication stacks.
- Conduct hardware debugging and system integration using advanced lab instrumentation.
- Perform electrical analysis for signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC mitigation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure designs meet manufacturing and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in electrical design and system integration for complex hardware products.
- Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout tools like Altium, OrCAD, or KiCad.
- Strong embedded firmware experience in C/C++ with RTOS and bare-metal systems.
- Hands-on experience with RF front-ends, antenna integration, and wireless protocols.
- Expertise in power electronics design, including battery management and DC/DC converters.
- Familiarity with MIL-STD, DO-178/DO-254 concepts for ruggedized hardware.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
