Job Description

Overview

  • Develop and maintain automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support business processes.
  • Focus on creating secure, reliable workflows and tools to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and strategic directions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies in all automation activities.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot deployed robotic process automation (RPA) bots and workflows.
  • Document operational processes, automation designs, configurations, and user guides accurately.
  • Develop expertise in credit union operations, policies, and procedures to align automation solutions.
  • Continuously improve individual competency through training and certifications in automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Design, test, debug, deploy, and maintain automation processes and scripts meeting service and security standards.
  • Monitor and maintain RPA bots and workflows, troubleshooting issues for efficiency improvements.
  • Implement logging and audit mechanisms to track performance and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with teams to analyze business needs and develop automation strategies.
  • Resolve complex automation problems across software applications and hardware platforms.
  • Document automation systems designs, configurations, and operational processes thoroughly.
  • Adhere to security policies, reporting discrepancies or suspicious activities promptly.
  • Participate in enterprise-level projects, contributing expertise in automation technologies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in process automation or software development, including RPA solutions.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, VB.NET, or JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of business workflows and ability to translate requirements into automated solutions.
  • Knowledge of data security, privacy laws, and best practices in automation.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
  • UiPath certification or equivalent training in RPA preferred.
  • Previous experience in financial institutions and understanding of financial regulations is desirable.
