Job Description

Overview

  • Contribute to asset management activities for a diverse real estate portfolio, focusing on financial modeling, investment analysis, and value creation strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams to execute projects including development, leasing, operation, and sales, ensuring alignment with investment objectives.
  • Prepare detailed financial analyses and reports to support capital events and investment decisions, ensuring accuracy and coherence.
  • Maintain and update investment models to track performance, forecast returns, and generate key performance indicators.
  • Assist in managing asset development completions, lease-up processes, and capex improvements to maximize returns.
  • Coordinate with lenders on loan monitoring and financing activities, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Support transaction functions such as disposals and refinancing, contributing to strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure comprehensive reporting of property and financial activities, feeding into budget calculations and resource management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Execute asset management strategies across holdings, focusing on creating value and improving income streams.
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models and investment analyses for real estate projects.
  • Prepare financial analyses for capital events, ensuring informed investment decisions.
  • Implement asset management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and reporting.
  • Manage lease-up processes and asset vacancy scenarios to optimize occupancy rates.
  • Coordinate financing activities and loan monitoring with existing lenders.
  • Support transaction-related functions, including disposals and refinancing activities.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting on property and financial activities to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, economics, or finance preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of asset management experience, preferably in a top-tier institution.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with strong technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation preparation skills.
  • Track record of creating value and delivering results in asset management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of real estate investment strategies and financial modeling techniques.
