Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision; 10 years preferred.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
