Overview
- Manage books and records for private partnerships and accounts in a hybrid work environment.
- Collaborate with portfolio teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare and maintain books and records for pooled private investment funds.
- Account for and reconcile cash, investments, and real property transactions.
- Manage complex corporate actions and monthly closing accruals.
- Calculate income and expense allocations and update distribution waterfalls.
- Prepare financial reports and analyze performance metrics.
- Coordinate with auditors, custodians, and fund administrators.
- Ensure compliance with governing documents and regulatory standards.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support fund operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in fund accounting or related roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in financial calculations.
- Experience with complex corporate actions and distribution waterfalls.
