Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as a key partner in overseeing and optimizing the Allvue platform for fund administration processes.
  • Combine expertise in fund accounting and system operations to enhance workflows and support business scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective platform functionality and client onboarding.
  • Drive system enhancements, workflow improvements, and automation initiatives to optimize operations.
  • Maintain documentation, best practices, and training materials to support system users.
  • Work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities effectively.
  • Contribute to the evolution of fund administration systems in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
  • Leverage your expertise to support the onboarding of new clients and fund structures efficiently.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize the Allvue platform to meet operational needs.
  • Resolve system issues and provide user support to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Implement system enhancements and automation initiatives to improve workflows.
  • Translate business requirements into functional solutions for system upgrades and deployments.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to troubleshoot and resolve system challenges.
  • Support client onboarding processes, ensuring accurate setup of fund structures and reporting workflows.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, best practices, and user training resources.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders to address system-related queries and requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • 5–9 years of experience in fund administration, accounting, or a related environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Allvue systems, particularly Fund NAV and CRM modules.
  • Strong understanding of private equity, credit, and hybrid fund structures.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-driven environment.
  • Experience in both accounting and systems/technology functions is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior fund accounting experience is advantageous.
