Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, subpoenas, and affidavits.
  • Organize exhibits, coordinate witnesses, and assist in trial preparation.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, opposing counsel, and court staff.
  • Maintain meticulous organization of electronic and paper case files.
  • Ensure attorneys are informed and prepared for deadlines and court appearances.
  • Utilize CIS software and Microsoft Office tools for efficient case management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of family law paralegal experience required.
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in CIS software, Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Bilingual abilities, especially fluency in Spanish, are a plus but not required.
