Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, subpoenas, and affidavits.
- Organize exhibits, coordinate witnesses, and assist in trial preparation.
- Act as a liaison between clients, opposing counsel, and court staff.
- Maintain meticulous organization of electronic and paper case files.
- Ensure attorneys are informed and prepared for deadlines and court appearances.
- Utilize CIS software and Microsoft Office tools for efficient case management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of family law paralegal experience required.
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Proficiency in CIS software, Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Bilingual abilities, especially fluency in Spanish, are a plus but not required.
