Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage project workstreams related to finance strategy, process improvement, and digital enablement.
- Conduct assessments to identify improvement opportunities and design future-state operating models.
- Implement enabling technologies such as ERP systems, EPM platforms, and automation tools.
- Coordinate client activities, project planning, issue resolution, and status reporting.
- Develop key deliverables, including recommendations, roadmaps, and value cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated transformation programs.
- Mentor analysts and associates, providing guidance and feedback.
- Assist in business development efforts, contributing to proposals and client workshops.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- Six or more years of experience in finance transformation, process improvement, or systems implementation.
- Strong understanding of finance processes and operations, including planning, close, reporting, payables, and receivables.
- Exposure to digital finance tools such as ERP systems, automation platforms, and data visualization software.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Preferred certifications include CPA, CFA, or PMP.
- Ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is highly desirable.
