Overview

  • Lead finance transformation projects in a dynamic consulting environment, delivering measurable impact on organizational priorities.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and clients to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and high-quality deliverables.
  • Utilize expertise in finance processes, technology enablement, and change management to drive successful outcomes.
  • Work remotely with flexibility, contributing to a fast-growing, entrepreneurial consulting firm.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to support integrated transformation programs and initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional growth and knowledge development.
  • Participate in business development activities, including proposals and client workshops.
  • Contribute to the firm’s reputation as a trusted partner to CFOs and their organizations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage project workstreams related to finance strategy, process improvement, and digital enablement.
  • Conduct assessments to identify improvement opportunities and design future-state operating models.
  • Implement enabling technologies such as ERP systems, EPM platforms, and automation tools.
  • Coordinate client activities, project planning, issue resolution, and status reporting.
  • Develop key deliverables, including recommendations, roadmaps, and value cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated transformation programs.
  • Mentor analysts and associates, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Assist in business development efforts, contributing to proposals and client workshops.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Six or more years of experience in finance transformation, process improvement, or systems implementation.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and operations, including planning, close, reporting, payables, and receivables.
  • Exposure to digital finance tools such as ERP systems, automation platforms, and data visualization software.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Preferred certifications include CPA, CFA, or PMP.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is highly desirable.
