POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic IT recruiting division based in Frederick, MD. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to specialize in full-desk recruitment, connecting top-tier IT professionals with leading organizations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute full-desk recruitment strategies to source, screen, and place IT professionals in suitable roles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and career objectives.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent.
  • Analyze industry trends and hiring demands to craft targeted recruitment plans and strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and staffing agreements to secure business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with team members to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and client needs.
  • Develop creative approaches to attract passive candidates and expand talent pipelines.
  • Collect and analyze recruitment data to enhance processes and improve outcomes.
  • Participate in professional networking events to build industry connections and promote Green Key Resources.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of agency recruiting experience, preferably in IT or technical fields.
  • Strong understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and recruitment practices.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
