Job Description

Overview

  • Lead fund financing initiatives, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes and enhance financial reporting accuracy.
  • Analyze fund financial statements and borrowing base certificates for informed decision-making.
  • Identify risks in fund financing structures, including subscription and NAV facilities.
  • Prepare detailed credit reports and strategic recommendations for senior management.

  • Support the development of tools and policies to streamline fund finance operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in fund finance, with 6-8 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in underwriting, structuring, and loan syndication processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic business environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial analysis tools.
