POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Full Desk Recruiter specializing in Construction to join our dynamic Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) division. This permanent role offers a flexible remote work arrangement, empowering you to manage client accounts and recruit top-tier talent for commercial construction positions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage client accounts, ensuring consistent communication, satisfaction, and long-term partnership growth.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting for permanent commercial construction roles, including Superintendents, Project Managers, and Estimators.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications for AEC resumes to align with client needs.
  • Develop creative strategies to recruit both active and passive candidates effectively.
  • Provide consultative guidance to clients on hiring trends, talent availability, and workforce planning.
  • Balance client expectations with candidate experience to achieve successful placements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruiting workflows and meet hiring goals.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expanding recruitment strategies and client portfolios.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial construction recruiting and account management experience preferred.
  • Strong industry knowledge with ability to discuss relevant skills and companies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven success in a fast-paced environment with a drive to exceed goals.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Must reside in Eastern Standard Time (EST) or Central Standard Time (CST) zone.
