POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for a Construction Recruiter to join our dynamic Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) division. This hybrid role offers a unique blend of recruiting and business development, focusing on connecting top-tier talent with leading construction firms. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the construction industry to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for commercial construction roles, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in permanent positions.
- Utilize ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools to build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Analyze resumes and match specialized skills to client requirements, ensuring optimal candidate placement.
- Develop innovative recruiting strategies to attract both active and passive candidates in the construction sector.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on market trends, talent availability, and effective workforce planning strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline recruiting processes and achieve hiring objectives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience while balancing client expectations and placement success.
- Contribute to team goals and company growth through proactive business development and strategic initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction recruiting or account management; 8 years preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of the construction industry and its roles, skills, and hiring trends.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a focus on exceeding goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement within the Eastern or Central time zones.
