POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for a Recruiter specializing in Construction to join our dynamic Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) division. This role offers the opportunity to connect with top-tier professionals in commercial construction and contribute to a high-performing team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for commercial construction roles, including sourcing, screening, and placement of qualified candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with construction professionals such as Project Managers, Superintendents, and Estimators.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent effectively.
- Analyze resumes to assess specialized skills and qualifications relevant to construction industry needs.
- Collaborate with team leaders to align recruitment strategies with organizational hiring goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Develop creative strategies to attract active and passive candidates in the construction sector.
- Collect and analyze recruitment data to optimize hiring processes and outcomes.
- Participate in networking events and industry associations to build a robust talent pipeline.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting or related roles within the commercial construction industry.
- Proficient knowledge of construction industry roles, skills, and market trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building professional relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment goals effectively.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools is preferred.
- Proven ability to develop innovative recruitment strategies and attract top talent.
