POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant | Construction to join our dynamic Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) division. This permanent role offers an exciting blend of business development and recruitment, focusing on connecting top-tier talent with leading construction firms nationwide. The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter with a passion for the construction industry, strong relationship-building skills, and a drive for achieving results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the construction industry to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct full-cycle recruiting for construction roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates.
• Utilize ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools to build and manage a robust candidate pipeline.
• Analyze resumes and match specialized skills to client requirements effectively.
• Provide strategic hiring advice to clients, including market trends and talent availability insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment processes and achieve team goals.
• Develop innovative strategies to attract passive and active candidates in the construction sector.
• Ensure exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Drive revenue growth through successful placements and account management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proven ability to manage client accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Strong knowledge of construction roles and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving goals.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.
