Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise on-site subcontractors and trades, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality benchmarks.

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, daily logs, and field reports.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial construction as a superintendent.
- Proven ability to manage fast-paced construction schedules and multi-trade coordination.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, and safety planning.
- Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling software.
- OSHA 30 certification is required.
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Midwest and East Coast.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
