Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment or compact state.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in surgical settings.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare, preferably in surgical services.
- Proficiency in healthcare management systems and performance improvement methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and mentor teams effectively.
- Ability to analyze and manage budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial stewardship.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification required.
