Green Key Resources is looking for a Healthcare Business Developer to join our dynamic healthcare staffing division. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations to understand staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and refine strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and secure agreements to expand service offerings and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to align business development efforts with talent acquisition goals.
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting of healthcare professionals, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Utilize ATS and other sourcing tools to build and maintain a robust candidate network.
- Develop innovative strategies to attract both active and passive candidates effectively.
- Analyze hiring data to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
- Coordinate with leadership to assess hiring needs and set strategic objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in healthcare, nursing, or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare recruitment and business development.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends and staffing solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining professional relationships.
