Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for senior executives.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is organized and functional.
- Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to streamline administrative processes.
- Support project management tasks and contribute to team initiatives.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree or equivalent educational background required.
