Overview

  • Serve as a key contributor to audit engagements, ensuring compliance and delivering high-quality financial reports.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide technical accounting and consulting services tailored to their needs.
  • Develop expertise in auditing processes, including planning, testing, and reporting within tight deadlines.
  • Engage in professional development activities to enhance technical knowledge and industry insights.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying opportunities and fostering client relationships.
  • Work in a hybrid environment, balancing onsite and remote work based on seasonal requirements.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform audit testing and planning to support audit opinions and document findings.
  • Conduct analytical reviews of account balances and prepare comprehensive financial statements.
  • Deliver technical accounting and consulting services to meet client expectations.
  • Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Research and resolve technical issues encountered during audit engagements.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with continuing education requirements and participate in professional organizations.
  • Assist in formulating and delivering quality assurance services to clients.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • CPA certification preferred, with 2-4 years of audit experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to travel to client locations as required.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills using research and reasoning.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced business environment.
