Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific or engineering disciplines; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of pharmaceutical product development experience.
- Expertise in managing late-stage development and regulatory submissions.
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel; knowledge of Planview and SmartSheet beneficial.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience in lifecycle management and strategic planning.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed leadership environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and timelines efficiently.
