Overview

  • Lead program management for late-stage pharmaceutical development and registration projects.
  • Collaborate across functional areas to ensure strategic and operational alignment.
  • Drive lifecycle management planning for investigational drug products.
  • Facilitate risk management and innovative problem-solving approaches.
  • Manage program budgets, timelines, and communication tools effectively.
  • Enhance program management systems and processes for organizational needs.
  • Support regulatory submission preparation and execution.
  • Contribute to cross-functional prioritization and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute integrated program strategies and operational plans.
  • Identify and address cross-functional gaps and optimize execution.
  • Proactively manage project execution and maintain risk management plans.
  • Provide leadership and support to product teams and sub-teams.
  • Ensure strong communication and logistical operations across the business.
  • Contribute to program management system enhancements and innovations.
  • Facilitate transparency and solution-oriented approaches within teams.
  • Support regulatory submission processes and lifecycle management planning.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in scientific or engineering disciplines; advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of pharmaceutical product development experience.
  • Expertise in managing late-stage development and regulatory submissions.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel; knowledge of Planview and SmartSheet beneficial.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience in lifecycle management and strategic planning.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed leadership environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and timelines efficiently.
