Overview

  • Coordinate schedules for patients and caregivers in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Schedule and coordinate care services for patients and caregivers efficiently.
  • Handle last-minute changes and resolve scheduling conflicts effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in the EHR system.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders.
  • Provide on-call support and assistance during assigned shifts.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree or equivalent educational background.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare scheduling or coordination.
  • Preferred 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and/or Chinese language.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and professional communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to work on-site and participate in on-call shifts.
