  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals align with timelines and quality standards.
  • Oversee ground-up construction processes, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for efficient resource allocation and project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing challenges to maintain schedule and budget integrity.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead multifamily, mixed-use, and hospitality construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants for seamless project execution.
  • Resolve construction challenges, implementing solutions to maintain project momentum.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management, preferably in multifamily or mixed-use projects.
  • Proven expertise in managing ground-up construction projects exceeding $30M.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction codes.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
