- Drive process improvements to enhance internal controls over revenue calculations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage end-to-end revenue accounting processes, including review, reconciliation, and reporting of advisory and professional services.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, firm policies, and regulatory requirements for revenue recognition.
- Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations related to revenue on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Collaborate with operations, billing, compliance, and client advisor teams to ensure accurate fee calculation and recording.
- Support internal and external audits by providing schedules, walkthroughs, and audit documentation.
- Analyze revenue and compensation trends, providing clear explanations and insights to senior leadership.
- Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen internal controls over revenue calculations.
- Collaborate with FP&A teams on revenue impact analysis for new business transitions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or CPA-track preferred.
- 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience, including revenue accounting and audit exposure.
- Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and audit readiness.
- Experience in public accounting, external audit, or internal audit is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience within financial services or professional services firms is preferred.
- Familiarity with advisory fee structures, AUM-based billing, and revenue-related compliance considerations.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
