Overview

  • Lead healthcare-related construction projects as an owner's representative, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, maintaining alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards throughout project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, highlighting progress and addressing concerns.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects, from initiation to completion.

Job Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
