Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated Electronics/Avionics Assembly Technicians to support the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of complex electronic systems.

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team at an early stage. Candidates of all experience levels are encouraged to apply – from entry-level individuals eager to learn to seasoned professionals. Comprehensive, hands-on training will be provided to ensure success in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) in accordance with industry standards 
  • Fabricate and terminate cables, wiring harnesses, and connectors 
  • Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of electronic systems and circuits 
  • Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings 
  • Operate and utilize test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators 
  • Partner with engineering teams to support development, refinement, and production of electronic systems 
  • Document testing procedures, system modifications, and repairs with accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production documentation 
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards in all assembly and testing activities 

Qualifications:

  • Open to all experience levels; prior experience in electronics assembly, testing, or troubleshooting is a plus 
  • 2+ years of relevant experience preferred; however, motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply 
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills 
  • Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach and a strong sense of ownership 
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment 
  • Effective verbal communication skills 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IPC-A-620 and/or IPC-A-610 certification
