Overview
- Manage and oversee accounting functions for grants, special revenue funds, and capital assets within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, GASB standards, and federal Uniform Guidance regulations for financial operations.

- Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate financial reporting for grants, capital projects, and restricted funds, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required; additional experience may substitute for education.
- Minimum of five years of accounting experience, including two years in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of GAAP, GASB standards, and federal Uniform Guidance regulations.
- Experience in public sector or school district accounting preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and AI-enabled tools for accounting operations.
- Strong analytical skills to identify compliance risks and interpret regulations.
