POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Life Sciences Full Desk Recruiter to join our thriving staffing division specializing in pharmaceutical and life sciences roles. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in business development and recruitment within a high-growth industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and align recruitment strategies with client needs.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Utilize ATS and sourcing tools to build a robust network of qualified candidates.
  • Negotiate contracts and secure staffing agreements to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment projects.
  • Implement innovative strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations in recruitment practices.
  • Provide exceptional client service to build long-term relationships and drive satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in healthcare, life sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in life sciences recruitment or business development.
  • Proven expertise in pharmaceutical and life sciences industry trends and roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and candidate engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems and sourcing tools for candidate management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
