POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Life Sciences Full Desk Recruiter to join our dynamic team specializing in pharmaceutical and life sciences staffing solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences sectors.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting for professionals in pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
  • Identify and engage top talent using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
  • Analyze industry trends to inform business development strategies and recruitment efforts.
  • Negotiate contracts and secure staffing agreements to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with team members to align recruitment strategies with client needs.
  • Develop creative approaches to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Collect and analyze data to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
  • Participate in professional networking and industry events to expand market presence.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in healthcare, life sciences, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in life sciences recruitment or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and life sciences industry trends and staffing needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools effectively.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative with a commitment to professional growth.
