Green Key Resources is looking for a Technical Contract Business Development Manager to join our dynamic IT staffing division serving the East Coast region. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and secure new IT contract staffing opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and hiring patterns to craft targeted business development strategies.
- Engage prospective clients through outreach, networking, and referrals to expand the client base.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to deliver tailored staffing solutions aligned with client needs.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and talent acquisition strategies.
- Maintain long-term relationships with IT hiring managers and decision-makers to foster trust and repeat business.
- Expand service offerings within existing accounts by identifying additional project needs.
- Contribute to team success by sharing insights, strategies, and best practices for business growth.
- Utilize company-provided tools and technology to track progress and optimize client management processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing or sales-driven roles, preferably in agency settings.
- Comprehensive understanding of IT skillsets, roles, and industry trends.
- Proven ability in cold calling, outreach, and follow-up to generate leads and secure agreements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage clients effectively.
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to integrity in professional interactions.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments while maintaining focus on results.
