Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in valuation-related work; 10 years preferred for advanced roles.
- Proficiency in valuation techniques such as DCF, comparable company, and precedent transactions is essential.
- Thorough understanding of ASC 820 and valuation guidance, with strong analytical capabilities.
- Effective project management skills and awareness of internal business controls to drive successful outcomes.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and professional presentations.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
