Overview
- Provide advanced technical support and serve as the primary escalation point for complex IT issues.
- Lead endpoint engineering, identity and access management, automation, and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with Network, Security, and Systems teams to enhance service quality and user experience.
- Drive deployment initiatives, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Support Microsoft 365, Zoom, Teams Phone, and meeting room technologies.
- Diagnose and resolve endpoint networking issues and cross-platform performance challenges.
- Maintain hardware lifecycle management and operational metrics reporting.
- Contribute to change management activities, including testing and post-implementation evaluations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Build and maintain Windows images, hardened configurations, and supporting automation scripts.
- Manage Microsoft Intune or Tanium configuration profiles and compliance policies.
- Administer Azure Active Directory and on-premises Active Directory systems.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell automation for provisioning and compliance.
- Troubleshoot advanced incidents across endpoints, identity systems, and collaboration tools.
- Lead deployment initiatives, including device refresh programs and configuration rollouts.
- Collaborate on access reviews, policy changes, and incident response procedures.
- Maintain configuration management database accuracy and generate operational metrics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in endpoint and systems support.
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and modern endpoint hardware.
- Expertise with Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Preferred certifications: Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator, Azure Fundamentals, ITIL Foundation.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and lead technical initiatives.
