Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and oversee construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Develop and implement project plans, coordinating resources and resolving issues effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to drive project success.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.
  • Support the development of team members through mentorship and skill-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, from initiation to closeout.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders.
  • Resolve conflicts and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
