- Participate in confidential meetings as a scribe, drafting precise and professional notes.
- Compile data and generate reports on employee relations metrics to support decision-making processes.
- Edit and review sensitive documents with a high level of accuracy and proficiency.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and courteous interactions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for the Labor and Employee Relations team.
- Maintain and update confidential labor department files, ensuring secure storage and accessibility.
- Arrange logistics for labor-management meetings, including booking rooms and preparing materials.
- Draft accurate notes during workplace investigations, counseling sessions, and performance reviews.
- Compile data and generate monthly reports on employee relations metrics.
- Edit and review confidential documents, ensuring precision and adherence to standards.
- Engage with stakeholders professionally, providing exceptional customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Labor and Employee Relations team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English or related field preferred; high school diploma required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role; 3 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
